HINTS AND TIPS

.Please colour your fondant/sugar paste ahead of time and add tylose powder. This will give your fondant strength to hold its shape.

 

.In the video, the bears head is 28g of paste, the body is 18g and the arms are 5g. I haven't given leg measurements as this will depend on where your bear is to sit - e.g, on the edge of your cake with legs dangling down, on the board where there may be limited room etc

 

.The circle cutter I use is approximately 1.5cm. A piping tip is great for this if you don't have this size cutter.

 

.The colours I use are colour mill brown and colour mill latte
