Now, Kelly is back in the baking scene, having briefly under the name 'Crumbrise' before realizing it didn't resonate with her. In early 2025, she relaunched 'Kelly Cook's Cakes' with refreshed passion for a minimalist approach.

It means no more carved or novelty cakes; instead, all creations are elegantly finished with delectable white chocolate ganache, moving away from fondant. Additionally, cake sizes have evolved from the shorter three-layer options to 4 layers of scrumptious sponge.
